Is this DBPR approved? ✦

Yes. All 14 CE hours are DBPR-approved through The Inspired Agent Academy, a licensed Florida real estate school. Your hours are reported directly to DBPR and count toward your Florida license renewal.

What exactly does $499 cover? ✦

The $499 CE fee covers all 14 hours of DBPR-approved education, digital workbooks, course materials, CE certificates, and DBPR reporting — paid in full at registration, no balance due. Your cruise cabin is completed separately: once your CE fee is received, Margaritaville at Sea sends you a personal booking link directly to your inbox so you can select your cabin type and finalize your reservation.

How does the cabin payment schedule work? ✦

Simple and seamless. Once your $499 CE fee is received, we submit your info to Margaritaville at Sea through our travel partner. Margaritaville then emails you directly with a personal booking link to select your cabin, add guests, and complete your cruise payment — all on their end, all on your timeline. Final cabin balance is due May 31, 2026.

Can I deduct this on my taxes? ✦

Many agents are able to deduct DBPR-approved professional development events as a business expense. Talk to your CPA — combining a legitimate CE seminar with travel may qualify as a deductible business trip. We provide documentation to support your claim.

Do I have to go to every class? ✦

Yes — attendance is required for all CE sessions to receive credit, per DBPR regulations. Classes are scheduled on sea days only (Wednesday and Friday), so your Cozumel day is completely free. All evening social events are 100% optional.

Can I bring my spouse or a non-agent guest? ✦

Absolutely! Non-agent guests are welcome to book a cabin and sail with you. They simply won't attend the CE sessions. Triple and quadruple occupancy options are available to reduce the per-person cabin cost.

What travel documents do I need? ✦

A valid passport is strongly recommended. A US passport card or birth certificate + government-issued ID may be accepted for closed-loop sailings from Tampa, but a full passport is always safest. Check Margaritaville at Sea's current travel requirements for full details.

How do I register and what happens next? ✦
